Lab Tech
Under general supervision, performs routine chemical, enzymatic,
and microbiological analysis of wines, juices and musts. Daily
duties also include bottling line quality assurance, record
keeping, data entry and constant communication with the QC
Manager and all members of the Winemaking team.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a Monday through
Friday standard work week. Flexible work schedule, including
swing and night shifts, and overtime may be required, often on
short notice, as well as weekends and holidays, particularly
during crush.
Controller
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller
to join our management team. The Controller directs the day-to-day
financial operations of the Winery including preparation of financial
analyses, financial statements and supporting schedules. The
Controller is responsible for the Winery’s accounting practices,
maintenance of fiscal records and preparation of financial reports. This
position reports to the CFO and provides leadership to the accounting
team. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance plus
8 years related experience; CPA certification preferred.
Wine Club Manager
Responsible for overall management of Wine Club sales, inventory,
budgets, fulfillment schedule, and assists in product development
to support consumer direct strategy, promotions, member events, transferring
and tracking wine and member services. Understands brand marketing
and how it relates to Wine Clubs. Oversees staff associated
with the Wine Club.
This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday standard
work week. The Wine Club manager must be flexible to attend on-site
and off-site weekend and after hours events and functions.

Immediate openings for Servers for in-house private events in
our beautiful Sonoma Valley visitor center. Prior serving experience
is required, as is the ability to lift 45lbs and have reliable means
