St. Francis Visitors Center is open daily from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM except for New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas. New Year's Eve the Tasting Room will close at 3:00. Tours are available for groups of 10 or more with advance reservations.
